After finding it by chance the night before and having a fantastic meal, we talked it up to family and friends and went back with a fairly large party. Unbeknownst to us, the entire dining room had been reserved by a Department of Tourism group meeting in the area. Rather than turn us away, they not only made room for us but included us in the fun! The food was fantastic, the service was great and they seem to know about wines, I certainly enjoyed their recommendation. We have been coming to the Island for 20 years and people often ask us about dining options -- I will tell them all to try Island Bistro and ask for Chad! The food is outstanding and innovative and the service is friendly and impeccable. The restaurant is a little difficult to find, tucked away behind a pizza restaurant, but definitely is worth the hunt. A great addition to the HHI restaurant scene.
